What you're looking at

Dial flawless — silver sunburst with gold and black applied indices, free of spots, discolouration and scratches. Acrylic crystal intact, no cracks or scratches. Case unpolished with sharp edges and facets; light wear marks but no deep scratches, dents or dings.

What I know is wrong with it

The rate is not stable. The instantaneous reading sits around a second a day, but it wanders up and down rather than holding steady — the classic symptom of old oil. The case back has been opened and the beat error set to zero, but the watch has not been regulated over a full day or across positions; expect it to need a service before it runs reliably. Service history otherwise unknown. The strap is a new, unused black leather strap in 18 mm, not original to the watch.

No watch here has been pressure-tested. A period WATERPROOF or WATER RESISTANT stamp says nothing about the seals today, so treat every watch on this site as not water resistant.
