What I know is wrong with it

A Seiko Speed-Timer manual-wind chronograph with a pulsometer scale, from July 1973. Known in Sweden as a "läkarkrono," a chronograph doctors used to time a patient's pulse. Currently in transit; condition and service needs will be assessed once it arrives.

No watch here has been pressure-tested. A period WATERPROOF or WATER RESISTANT stamp says nothing about the seals today, so treat every watch on this site as not water resistant.
